Sales Associate

Regional Director

 

Do you possess the drive and vision to recruit and consult new Keller Williams Realty franchise owners as they launch and operate profitable Market Centers? Harness your history of sales success to build your own region!

This individual is responsible for fulfilling the development schedule for their region, selling as many Market Center franchises as possible, and supporting those Market Centers through the phases of Pre-Application, Application and Post Application.

The Regional Director utilizes a Contact Management system to recruit a resource base of qualified Operating Partners, Team Leaders, Core Groups and Associates to insure a pipeline of the talented individuals required to purchase and staff new Market Centers.

The Regional Director clearly communicates culture and performance goals to prospective Operating Partners and consults with them to ensure that those Operating Partners have the skills necessary to recruit, train, consult and keep a Team Leader and the other individuals necessary to successfully launch and operate a profitable Market Center.

The Regional Director manages and improves their region by reviewing Monthly Market Center Scorecards in order to hold Operating Partners accountable for reaching their Market Center goals. The Regional Director consults with the Operating Partner of any underperforming Market Center in order to raise the performance of that Market Center to the point to where it is once again meeting expectations.

The Regional Director also reinforces and motivates positive relationships within their region by communicating frequently through meetings, retreats and awards galas.

Team Leader

This position is the individual in charge of leading the Market Center to maximum profitability. The ability to recruit and train is extremely important in this position.

The Market Center Team Leader is in charge of recruiting the Sales Associate, developing the attitude of the Sales Associate, and making sure the Sales Associate gets involved at some level in the company, so they truly become a part of the team. Market Center Administrator

Do you possess bookkeeping and accounting experience! Advanced technical skills are a plus.

This position could be considered the Chief Financial Officer of a multi-million dollar business. Responsible for keeping a professional appearance of the office and overseeing of Market Center Administration. The Market Center Administrator (MCA) will provide support and feedback to the Owner/Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and smooth operation of the Market Center. This position maintains office files, office equipment and inventory. The Market Center Administrator will provide backup clerical support for the Market Center Manager, and provide various banking and accounting services as needed.

Behavior Profile: Responsible, dependable and trustworthy. Task-oriented, organized, pays attention to details, team-worker.

Experience: Computer experience essential for this position, Bookkeeping experience or accounting experience. Basic knowledge of the residential real estate business is desirable but not a requirement.

Administrative Assistant

The Key to the Office

Are you good with people? The Administrative Assistant is usually the first person clients have contact with at Keller Williams Realty. They must be upbeat and service oriented!

This person is often the first person clients have contact with at Keller Williams Realty, therefore a friendly professional manner is a must. This position requires competence with computers, faxes, email, multiple line phone system, and the Internet. Organizational abilities are very important in keeping the office run smoothly.

Behavior Profile: Task-oriented, organized, pays attention to details, systematic, likes structure. Responsible, dependable and trustworthy. Consistent, follows procedures and work well under pressure.

Skills: Communication, organization, good problem solver. Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases and internet software). Bookkeeping skills are an advantage; ability to work with numbers is important.

Experience: Administrative and/or secretarial assistant to sales or business executives. Significant computer training and/or experience. Real Estate License is an advantage but not required. Experience as an agent's assistant, mortgage processor or legal assistant beneficial.

Listing Specialist/Coordinator

Enjoy working with people? The Listing Specialist/Coordinator is responsible for the initial contact with the client when listing a property.

This position is responsible from the initial contact with client when listing a property. This person will follow the listing until it is sold. Listing Specialist/Coordinator will: prepare listing packages, complete the listing contract, arrange photographs of property, put information in the MLS, arrange showings and initiate the closing process. Position is responsible for marketing plan, pricing strategy and educating the seller about the process, protecting and negotiate for the sellers interest.

Buyer Specialist

Enjoy working on a team? Work with Real Estate agents and their buyer leads as part of a Mega Agent team.

This position is responsible for following up with the leads they receive and prospecting for Buyers. A Buyer Specialist must research properties on the MLS systems, preview properties, show properties to qualified clients, and help them evaluate and compare homes. This person is also responsible for writing up, presenting, and negotiating offers. In this position you must schedule and attend training sessions.
